How does it work?

Step 1

The first step in the booking/enquiry process is to complete and submit our online Booking Form.

The form requires you to give us the relevant information needed in order for us to process your enquiry.

Step 2

On receiving the form we will then search our database to identify the musicians/ensembles which meet the requirments.

We then contact suitable musicians/ensembles to check availabilty and costs etc.

Step 3

When we have established availability and cost we will convey this information to the client and ask if they would like to take matters further.

At this point, If the client would like us to proceed, a suitable deposit will be required before any date is secured.

Step 4

When the deposit is received by Uk Ensembles all contact information will be exchanged between client and musican/ensemble in order for the finer details such as repertoire and performance times etc to be discussed.

The outstanding balance of the fee is usually required to be paid directly to the musician or leader of the ensemble on or before the day of the performance.
